BEST COMEDY PROGRAMME – RTS NORTH AWARD
Lion Eyes along with Phil McIntyre Television and Goodnight Vienna won an RTS award for the Channel 4 ratings smash “Peter Kay’s Britain’s Got The Pop Factor & Possibly a New Celebrity Jesus Christ Soap Star Super Star Strictly on Ice”… to give it’s full title.
This was an amazing production to work on, Lion Eyes worked with Peter and Phil McIntyre Television right from the initial script meetings through to final delivery, and it was an amazing experience and privilege to work on such a landmark programme.
All handled from under Lion Eyes’ offices in Castlefield this is something we’re very proud of, and we would like to say a big thank you to both Peter and Phil McIntyre for getting us involved.
BEST MARKETING FILM – SILVER INTERNATIONAL SUMMIT AWARD
Lion Eyes were commissioned by The Foundry Communications Group to produce this series of award winning marketing videos for their website http://www.foundrycomms.co.uk. It was up against 6000 other entries from 24 countries. A big thank you to Kevin Murphy from the foundry for getting us involved.
BEST NEW PLAY – M.E.N. THEATRE AWARDS
Congratulations to The Feelgood Theatre production – who won this award for their production at the Lowry ‘SLAVE a question of freedom’.
Lion Eyes worked closely with the creative team to produce the video content for the show which was used to set the scene for what is a very powerful play about the very real and current issue of slavery around the wold.
